Domus Invest is the opportunity creation and investment structuring platform of Domus Invest Group S.L. (company registration B-92072644), operating from Marbella on the Costa del Sol. It identifies land and development opportunities, engages with landowners, evaluates feasibility, structures investment partnerships, and coordinates the formation of development teams and project structures.

Domus Invest works with private investors, family offices, and institutional capital to bring residential and resort opportunities forward from initial site identification through to structured project formation. Once a project is structured, Domus Invest distributes it through an established international brokerage network across Europe, North America, and Asia.

This separation of investment creation from commercial distribution is deliberate. It allows Domus Invest to focus on disciplined sourcing and structured formation, while Domus Invest handles market positioning and international buyer distribution without the conflicts of a dual-agency model.

Only opportunities that demonstrate clear structural merit progress to partnership formation.

Once a site or opportunity is confirmed, Domus Invest structures the investment platform — identifying and engaging with the capital partners, development professionals, and landowners required to bring the project forward. Risk is assessed systematically before any commitment is made on behalf of partners or investors.

Throughout the sourcing and formation process, Domus Invest draws on the ongoing market research and intelligence capability maintained across the Domus platform — published through Domus Market Intelligence. This covers development pipeline activity, land availability, planning status, and pricing trends across Marbella, Benahavís, Estepona, Benalmádena, Mijas, Fuengirola, and the wider Málaga province.
